From the beginning of our organization until now, our priority has been the same: offering people the best experience they can ask for.
Our 15 years of hard work have only confirmed to us that this can only be achieved by a dedicated group of people.
Each member of our team considers their work as a mission. But even before that, they are trained and certified by the Albania Rafting Federation, which is the only group of instructors certified by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment in Albania.
Their goal is to ensure that you are safe and have the most fun on all our Albania adventure tours.
The mindset is crucial. First of all, every tourist is considered a guest, whom we are pleased to serve as a good house owner would do. The Albanian hospitality is a heritage and remains one of our most important traditions.
Next, the passion that coaches put in training new recruits is also crucial, as they learn to be your friend first, someone you can ask questions and get the attention you deserve.
This is what keeps us strong over the years, learning from our mistakes and improving our services every day. We want you to return at the end of the day with a memory that can cherish and testify to all your friends and family the treatment you received from us.
