About This Tour

The Vjosa Exclusive Rafting Trip offers a unique way to experience rafting on the wild Vjosa River, far from the crowded sections used by most tours. This special trip by Albania Rafting Group is designed for travelers who want to enjoy nature, silence, and adventure in a more private and authentic setting.

The entire valley is surrounded by mountain ranges, green hills, and wide natural valleys that create one of the most beautiful river landscapes in Albania.

Along this section of the river you will see impressive conglomerate rock formations, sculpted by the flowing waters of the Vjosa over thousands of years. This makes the experience not only exciting but also visually unforgettable.

What truly makes this exclusive rafting on the Vjosa River special is the atmosphere: no large crowds, no busy river traffic—just nature, the sound of water, and the adventure of rafting through one of Europe’s last wild rivers

Rafting trips in Albania are generally easy and suitable for beginners, especially on calm river sections. Most guests with a normal level of fitness and comfort around water find the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, participants should feel well on the day of the activity and able to take part in light physical movement. Kayaking may not be suitable in certain situations, such as during pregnancy or if something could affect balance, awareness, or overall comfort on the water.

Participation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol, recreational substances, or medication that may impair coordination or judgment.

For low-difficulty sections (Class II, typically from June to October), there are no age or weight limits, making this experience accessible to a wide range of travelers.
